Administrator (m/f/d) Logistics service part-time
Are you looking for a part-time job where you can take responsibility?
Then come on board as a clerk at our warehouse location. Do your part to fulfil orders and satify our esteemed customers. Many exciting challenges await you:
- You will be responsible for customer service by telephone, as well as receiving and processing enquiries and complaints.
- You will handle general administrative tasks.
- You will be responsible for all internal correspondence
- You will take care of the processing and booking of returns receipts
- You will process the various fulfillment workflow
- Your successfully completed commercial vocational training (vocational/technical training, preferably wholesale and foreign trade); alternatively, several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility.
- Your German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Your pronounced PC user skills (MS Office, excel, inventory management).
- Your knowledge of logistical procedures and processes would be desirable.
- Your high flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work shifts
- Your friendly, competent way of dealing with customers on the phone.
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
