Unless otherwise agreed or described on the item, we ship within one (1) to three (3) days of receipt of your order.
We also offer FREE Pick up services . You can choose this method of delivery at check-out if your location is within the area of Bremen, Germany.

Delivery within Germany is within three (3) to five (5) days and this is handled by our Logistics partner DHL.

Delivery outside Germany and within the European Union is within three (3) to seven (7) days. We have carrier rates shown at check out. You can choose which option and rates best suits your preference.

Delivery to the United Kingdom, United states, Canada and Nigeria could take up to a period of two weeks or more during this challenging health world wide pandemic situation.

We would like to apologize for any delays in getting your order/s to you. Shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and this causes a bit of a wait.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.  To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us:

The Returns form accompanies every shipment. We recommend filling it when sending back your returned items to us. Let us know of your decision to withdraw from this contract and thus ways in which we could improve to serve you better.

For Orders within Germany

The return label is provided by email and as a QR code on the smartphone for download or printing on customer's request. 

We recommend using this label to return your item to us. Pack the item back in it's original package when possible ,also slip in the return form. Paste the return label on the package and take it to the nearest DHL packet station nearest to you . We recommend holding on to the return shipping slip until we
notify you by E-Mail or SMS when we have received your returned items.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.
We use DHL Packet for shipments & returns within Germany.

For Orders outside Germany

Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning goods to us if location is outside Germany.  We will notify you by E-Mail or SMS when we have received your returned items.

Condition of Returned items

Items set aside for returns and refunds must have the original tags on them.

Moreso, the items must still be in a new condition, as though you had tried them on only for fitting purposes. Without the tags on the returned items, we cannot process your refund credit.

When Refunds are processed, a corresponding credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, this normally shows up in the payment method's account within a number of 3-7 working days

Should you receive an item that is damaged on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. 

If the packaging of the Goods or the Goods itself are damaged in transit , you would normally receive a message from the logistic carrier.

Defective or damaged items can be returned free for a replacement, as long as item stock is available. Otherwise, a refund credit would be issued.

Several types of Goods are exempted from being returned. Items such as Facemasks, Underwears and all that has to do with intimate areas.

We do not accept these items back because of sanitary and hygiene reasons.
Items on SALES cannot be returned.
